Exchanges and refunds will be granted in line with the return policy of the original company or seller the item was sourced from (excluding gift cards, which are non-refundable). Please carefully review your order before finalising your purchase.

If you need to return an item, you must first submit a return request by emailing infinistockuk@gmail.co.uk with your reference number followed by #RETURN.

Items must be returned in original condition with tags attached and packaging included.

You are responsible for the item(s) until they are returned and signed for by the original seller.

We will provide you with the correct return address and instructions based on the companies return process.

Please note that you will be returning your item to the original company or seller we sourced it from, not directly to Infinistock. Return instructions and address will be provided once your return request is approved.

Once the item has been received by the original seller and we (Infinistock) have been refunded:

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

£2.99 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.

£5 sourcing fee is non-refundable, as it covers the time and effort spent locating your item.

Refunds will only be issued after Infinistock receives the refund from the original seller.

You must also email us to confirm your item has been returned, so we can track and finalise the process.
